Cancellation policy:

Strict

If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.

Special conditions

Condiciones de contratación En el momento de formalizar la reserva se deberá abonar un depósito de un 50% respecto al precio total del servicio y el 50% restante 24 horas antes del evento. Las reservas se tienen que efectuar lo antes posible, para poder garantizar la disponibilidad del espacio. Gastos de cancelación Sólo se aceptan cancelaciones efectuadas por escrito por la misma persona que haya realizado la reserva, generándose los siguientes gastos de cancelación: 50% del precio total una vez formalizada la reserva 100% del precio total 24 horas antes de la fecha del evento
