You can rent our space for team events, workshops, presentations, pop-ups, dinners and evening events. On request, we offer individual catering and daytime catering by our local partners.

CONCEPT - GREEN & HEALTHY:
Torstraße 101 is centrally located directly on Rosenthaler Platz. The space has a large shop window front, is sunny all day and barrier-free.
The space is optimally multifunctional and can be used as an empty room or modularly equipped with tables and chairs. In addition, the 101m² room can be divided into two areas by a sliding glass door and/or a curtain.
- Circle of chairs for 10 to max. 30 people
- Long table for up to 36 people
- Individual tables for up to 44 people (more if required)
- Theater seating (pitches, presentations) for up to 50 people
- Stand-up receptions for up to 100 people
This room stands for sustainability, upcycling and mindfulness. The atmosphere ensures concentration in the midst of the hectic city in order to shape the future with clarity and creativity.

Si l'UTILISATEUR annule au moins 30 jours avant la date et l'heure de début de réservation, il sera remboursé de 50% du prix total diminué du montant des tarifs de service et des taxes applicables. Si l'UTILISATEUR annule moins de 30 jours avant le jour et l'heure de début de réservation, il ne sera pas remboursé des jours ou heures non utilisés. Si l'UTILISATEUR décide de quitter l'espace par anticipation, les jours ou heures non utilisés ne seront pas remboursés. Dans tous les cas, le propriétaire peut établir des conditions d'annulation différentes si nécessaire.
