The front room has a top to bottom window front. Professional lighting is adjustable. The shelving is not removable.
The back room can be used as office, atelier or storage room during the PopUp time. You can continue working there.

*One person run projects, with ecological, artistic and experimental approaches are welcome here.

The additional contract will be signed before the rent period. Deposit is demanded. Its amount will depend on the period and the type of your PopUp.

The space can be rented per hour too. Please consult the rates.
For special requests (by the hour or for more than 14 days), please write to me.
Requests for less than 3 days are only possible on an hourly rate basis.
