Arturo Soria Plaza is not a big-box mall. It is a boutique centre on a human scale, designed for discerning shoppers who value quality and personal service. It is the only centre of its kind in north-east Madrid and the go-to destination for Arturo Soria, Conde de Orgaz, Piovera, Hortaleza and Ciudad Lineal.

For 7 years we have been opening up physical retail to independent brands. More than 200 brands have been through our stores in Madrid and Buenos Aires. We know the centre and its audience, and we know how to make a pop-up sell from day one.

Storniert der NUTZER hingegen weniger als 7 Tage vor Buchungseingang, werden die nicht genutzten Tage oder Stunden nicht zurückerstattet. Sie werden auch dann nicht zurückerstattet, wenn sich der NUTZER entscheidet, das Geschäftslokal vor Ablauf des Vertrages zu verlassen.
Sonderbedingungen
Reserva: 50% al confirmar y 50% 7 días antes de la entrada. Fianza de 500 €, devuelta en 7 días tras revisar el local. Mínimo 3 días. Precios sin IVA. Cancelación: más de 30 días antes, reembolso del 100%; entre 30 y 15 días, 50%; menos de 15 días, sin reembolso. En campaña de Navidad (nov–ene), sin reembolso a menos de 30 días. Si Coshowroom cancela, se devuelve el 100%. Uso: horario del centro comercial (lun–sáb 10–21 h, dom y festivos 12–20 h; cerrado 25/12, 1/1 y 6/1). Montaje y desmontaje fuera de horario, coordinados con el centro. Rotulación y decoración con aprobación previa y sin dañar el local. El inquilino responde de su producto, personal y actividad, con seguro de RC propio. Los daños se descuentan de la fianza. Sujeto a las normas de Merlin Properties; no se permite subarrendar.
