At just 100 meters from Patacona beach in Alboraya, our space can host all kinds of events related to leisure, music, gastronomy or art, either public or private. A unique space in Valencia near the seafront with around1,200 m2, althoug we have never measured this, honestly!

We rehabilitated an old industrial warehouse with different areas under one roof. A global open space with differentiated areas that can provide different activities to the same event. In addition, our space can be enjoyed during the day with natural light and at night with warm and cosy lighting.

Cancellation policy:

Strict

(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.

Special conditions

Se abonará el 50% a la firma del contrato para la reserva del espacio. El otro 50% se abonará hasta 48 antes de la realización del evento. La cancelación del evento por parte del cliente, supondrá la perdida de la cantidad entregada en la reserva.
