The space
The many halls with each their characteristic ambiances are perfectly suited for a whole different array of events. From book presentations to exclusive dinners or meeting arrangements. Whatever the event you are organizing, our monumental building with its classic modern and mystical ambiance will ensure a perfect experience. Add to that our service minded and competent staff and you are assured of an unforgettable day.
The Club has seven rooms at its disposal, among which two boardrooms, a restaurant, bar and Club lounge. Our Grand Hall boasts extraordinary views on de Rokin en can house upto 175 people during receptions and 150 people for dinner. The six other rooms each look out onto the Royal Palace and monument on Dam Square. The maximum amount of people for the total location is 550 during an informal event. During the week the restaurant, bar and Club lounge are accessible exclusively for members, however from Friday afternoon 3pm there is the possibility to hire the location

Cancellation policy
Strict
(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
