It is no secret that events put a lot of pressure on the climate and our living environment. Making the factory buildings more sustainable is more complicated than with newer buildings as the possibilities are more limited and costly due to the buildings’ listed status.
There has been considerable investment in extra insulation and LED lighting. The choice to replace all gas discharge lamps was certainly worth it; switching to LED lighting has resulted in 45% less energy consumption. With this lighting plan, no additional lighting is required. This means less transport and less CO2 emissions.

Cancellation policy
Strict
(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
