The space has its own entrance, making it possible to hire it as a temporary private area for special guests. It can even serve as a hotel suite for special occasions whereby it can accommodate two overnight guest.

The decoration stands out for its bright orange dining table and matching candelabra downstairs, kitchenette and library at mezzanine level and bathroom in the vaulted arch. The bedroom lies high beneath the timber roof rafters. For a meeting or workshop there is room for 12 people, for informal discussions or drinks it can hold up to 40 people.
