An old factory of 340m2, located on the ground floor of a historic building in the old town of Barcelona. We completely restored the ship with sustainable criteria, we recovered the old trusses and stone walls, we provided it with lots of natural light and we built a jacuzzi in the patio for you to enjoy. We have a large divisible open space of 200m2 so that you can adapt it to your needs. It has a height of up to 5m and a half, with a gabled roof and skylights through which a lot of natural light enters. In the background there is a beautiful green patio, with a spectacular strelitzia and our Jacuzzi at its feet. An oasis in the center of Barcelona that leaves no one indifferent.

If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
