Founded in 2013, Espronceda Institute is dedicated to promoting the arts and culture for social good. Within 3 remodeled warehouses in a complex of 13 that were originally a factor for construction material, Espronceda Institute operates a cultural events space & studios for a myriad of multidisciplinary projects. Occasionally, the institute makes the spaces available for projects aligned with its mission at reasonable rates.

The main spaces available for hire are an Entrance Gallery and The Main Gallery. The institute hosts very successful one-day exhibitions, designed for particular audiences and maximum impact.
