Centrally located and right on Rosenthaler Platz. The space has a large shop window front, is sunny all day and is barrier-free.

The space is optimally multifunctional, usable as an empty space or modularly playable with foldable tables, benches and chairs. In addition, the 101m² space can be divided into two areas by a sliding glass door and curtain.

In addition, we meet the current Covid-19 standards and have a high-quality air purifier & humidifier from Dyson, enough ventilation options and currently space at tables or without for about 15-25 people, press conferences without tables also for 30-50 people, depending on the conditions.

This space stands for sustainability, upcycling and mindfulness. The atmosphere brings focus in the middle of the bustling city to shape the future with clarity and creativity.
The space is designed in such a way that we work with cycles, i.e. only about 10% are bought new and everything else is upcycled, recycled or 2nd hand. The walls in the bathroom and kitchen are painted with clay paint. The white wall paint is high-quality allergy-friendly paint, free from any irritants.

If the USER cancels at least 7 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes.If the USER cancels less than 7 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
