A 300 square meter roof floor (room height between 2.80 and 3.80 m) with historical floor tiles, wall bevels and small roof windows as a daylight and artificial light studio with natural reverb, ideal for sound recordings with acoustic instruments and singing.
The room comes without no equipment or furniture, and no elevator.

Can be divided as required by means of partitions and can be combined with the adjacent studio. A lounge area is also available. Our rental studio in Berlin Friedrichshain is in a convenient location and offers free parking at the house. Open 24 hours!

Cancellation policy:

If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
