We offer our terraces and outdoor areas for corporate events, special events, as well as film and photo productions. Since 2010 we have been a constant on the Berlin event market. We realize the most unusual visions of event organizers, production companies and agencies for corporate events and incentive events.

Cancellation policy:
Strict
(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
Special conditions
Bei Verträgen, die die Bereitstellung von Personal, Speisen, Getränken und Veranstaltungsequipment (Technik und Non-Food- Equipment) zum Gegenstand haben fallen folgende Stornierungskosten an:
a) bis 14 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn 50% der Auftragssumme.
b) zwi. 14 und 5 Tagen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn 80%.
c) ab 4 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn 100% der Auftragssumme.
Sollte die Veranstaltung pandemiebedingt nicht stattfinden können, finden wir in Absprache mit dem Kunden einen Alternativtermin.
Sollte kein Alternativtermin gefunden werden oder die Veranstaltung wegen behördlichen Einschränkungen komplett abgesagt werden, fallen 50% der Auftragssumme an.
