The Space offered is a (secondary) room in a Family Concept Store in Düsseldorf Oberkassel. The store is focused on the themes of design, sustainability and family and already enjoys a very high degree of recognition and popularity in Oberkassel. Customers of all ages and gender come to us. However, the focus is certainly on women and mothers aged 20 - 50.

For a possible cooperation it is important that your concept is also located in the areas of design and/or sustainability, at best even with a reference to the topic of family, so that you can optimally stimulate each other.

The shop is very centrally located and with a prominent corner location in the middle of the popular Luegallee shopping street. This is characterised by its individual specialist retail trade, high-quality gastronomy and various beautiful places.

Five large shop windows create a light-flooded and customer-friendly sales room. The adjoining room also receives sufficient daylight thanks to its beautiful balcony facing the inner courtyard and the large folding doors.

The space itself is characterised by three 1.5x1.5x2.2m troughs (former changing rooms), with a ceiling height of approx. 4m. All walls are plastered and the floor is a very nice washed-out concrete floor.

Depending on the amount of rent, the dry construction of the troughs can also be dismantled so that a one-room concept is created.

Theoretically, it is also possible to share the technical infrastructure (cash register, WaWi and online shop). However, this must be discussed in detail in each individual case.
