It's a 50 m² big space to rent consisting of two rooms.

You can rent it when an das long as you want- for hours or days. It is suitable for business meetings, private conversations with customers, private events, all kinds of creative workshops or to use it for your home office.

It is the perfect private refuge for important conversations and appointments. You enter the room easily via a key code next to the door.

In the front room there is a big shop-window available, the back room is good for backing out. In the basement you find a little kitchen with oven and fridge, a wardrobe and a restroom.

The furniture consists of a big wooden table, different chairs, a work bench, Danish lounge chairs and a lounger. The pavement can get used as an outdoor area.
