The space
The shop is located in the district of Cologne Bayenthal, which connects the legendary Südstadt - one of the creative districts of Cologne - with the noble villa district of Marienburg. Here, news meets interest, ideas and purchasing power come together here, contacts are made here. And this in the serenity of an international as well as neighborly ambience - the ideal location for your presentation.
The clear, bright room with an area of 23 square meters is fully glazed and visible to the street. A strong and variable lighting allows an all-round presentation of your work. An inviting awning provides shade in the summer, a solid heating system for fog-free windows in winter. With tea kitchen including fridge and a toilet, all facilities are available for a pleasant stay.
In the case of an exhibition, a poster on the gallery, the announcement by the e-mail distributor and an exhibition portal are included in the service.
For the construction of an exhibition all necessary tools are available (nails, hammer, pliers, spirit level, spatula, paint, brush, etc.).

If the USER cancels at least 7 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes.If the USER cancels less than 7 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.

Im Falle einer Kunst- oder Designausstellung erfolgt eine Plakatierung an der Galerie, die Ankündigung durch den E-Mail-Verteiler von K49 und im Ausstellungsportal sind im Service enthalten.
