The space
The venue consists of two beautifully restored Victorian railway arches and great mezzanine level. The venue comes with great bars, and an awesome lighting and sound system. It is fortunate to have a 1.00am license and has a capacity for 360 guests, although the space can easily be used for smaller numbers for an informal or seated dinner. The events business is run exclusively by Oxygen Events and has fantastic in-house catering, please enquire with Hire Space to start your event planning.

Cancellation policy
Strict
(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
