Set in a former umbrella factory in the heart of the West End, we offer the Central London’s most versatile blank canvas events and exhibition space, perfect for product launches, press events, dinners, pop ups, photo shoots, art exhibitions, fashion shows, screenings, sample sales, receptions and presentations.

Only a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus,we offer a ground level shop window and gallery space with direct access down into 2,000 sq ft of open plan event space with high ceilings, characterful white brick arches and white walls that can be tailored to suit any type of function or event.

The venue is available for dry hire. However, we can assist with all elements of your event, from the drinks and catering to branding, production, dressing, furnishing and any lighting and audio visual requirements.

A very flexible layout, with a ground floor gallery space + one main event space and two adjoining spaces – so it can be easily divided up and i doesn’t feel too large to host events for 20 to 30 people, but can very comfortably accommodate up to 130 guests. We have added an extra 500 sq ft of gallery space on the ground floor that can be hired in addition to the main event space to offer the perfect reception area, briefing room or additional event / gallery space.

The venue benefits from having a street level shop front. The depth of the window is 120cm so it can be used for product display and be dressed / themed as required. The window can also have vinyls applied.

Price includes the full day hire from 9 am to 11pm.
You can also hire from 9 am to 6 pm.

Cancellation policy:

If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
