Cancellation policy
Strict
(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
Special conditions
- A £100 security deposit to be paid to secure the venue (refunded within 2 weeks after the event. Non refundable in case of cancellation) - 100% of the fee due 14 days before event - If cancellations happen from 7 to 14 days before event, 50% fee will be refunded. - If cancellations happen within 7 days of the event, no fees will be refunded. - Hirers that overrun the agreed time may be liable for additional charges
