Cancellation policy:

Strict

(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.

Special conditions

Para confirmar la reserva del espacio es necesario el pago del 50% del total, de lo contrario, no se garantiza el pre-bloqueo del espacio y la fecha puede ser ofrecida a otros clientes. El 50% restante deberá abonarse 7 días antes de la fecha del evento. Si por causas ajenas a nosotros se cancelara, el cliente deberá abonar importe según las siguientes condiciones de Cancelación: • En el caso de que la anulación se produzca dos semanas antes del evento, no se devolverá el 50% del pago efectuado en concepto de reserva. • En caso de producirse la anulación en los 7 días previos al evento, el cliente abonará el 100% de importe reflejado en el presupuesto.
