The space
The studio features a spacious daylight area and a C-shaped cyclorama that can be completely blacked out. Two movable walls allow the space to be divided flexibly or used to create different backgrounds.
A fully equipped kitchen is available on site, including a large refrigerator, stove, four hotplates, two movable kitchen units and a dishwasher. The studio also offers a separate hair and make-up room, changing facilities, Wi-Fi, heating, various lighting options, coat racks and an emergency exit.
Additional production services can be arranged on request, including set design, photo assistance, digital support, camera assistance or DOP services, as well as photo, video, sound and production equipment.
The studio offers a professional yet welcoming environment for creative productions, business meetings and brand-related formats.

The hourly rate is €110 net with a minimum booking duration of 5 hours. The daily rate of €850 net applies to bookings of up to 10 hours. The weekly rate of €3,600 net applies to 7 consecutive calendar days. The monthly rate is €12,000 net. Weekly and monthly bookings require prior agreement regarding daily usage times and the specific type of use. Additional charges may apply, particularly for events, technical equipment, personnel, exceptional cleaning requirements and extensive setup or dismantling work.

Cancellation policy
Strict
(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
Special conditions
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the selected strict cancellation policy. Costs already incurred for individually ordered equipment, personnel, catering, set construction or other third-party services are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible by prior agreement and subject to availability.
