Our space is 24hrs and conveniently located in Garment District, steps away from Penn Station and port Authority.
We have 10 individual spaces on 14th & 16th & 22nd & 23rd floors and can accommodate multiple room bookings for all different kind of usage.
We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests in our space. As such, we kindly request that open flames and confetti (any use of confetti will result in a $1000 extra charge) are NOT USED during your rental period. This includes candles, sparklers, and any other items that pose a fire hazard or create excessive mess.
We are located in a 24hrs Freight Elevators & doorman building, with staff on site.
Three 24Hrs Passenger elevator, our space features oversized windows and gorgeous views of The Garment District the 4 Oversized Large windows facing South has Stunning views of the city.
12+ foot ceilings throughout, the floor has 1 bathroom and 1 ADA accessible one as well.
Suitable Events for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Yoga/Fitness classes, movement classes, birthday parties, weddings, engagement party, Art gallery and more

Cancellation policy
Strict
(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
