The total surface area is 230 m² and is composed as follows: – A highly visible space from the outside, featuring a 30-meter linear corner storefront spanning two streets – A 130 m² ground floor in total (65 m² dedicated to the café-restaurant and 65 m² to the gallery-bookstore) – A 30 m² first floor, including a meeting room – A 70 m² basement (professional kitchen and storage space) The indicated rate applies only to the 65 m² bookstore area. As an option, we also offer a 22 m² studio featuring a Murphy bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, toilets, and a video projector. It can also be converted into an office or meeting room. We also have a 32 m² apartment that can accommodate up to four people. A €3,000 security deposit and insurance are required.

Cancellation policy:

Strict

If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
