The space
In the center of the farm is the Masía, a typical Catalan construction from the beginning of the 16th century. The farmhouse is in perfect condition and the interiors house beautiful furniture and paintings dating from the sixteenth century to contemporary art.
The house is surrounded by 4Ha. of wonderful centenary gardens, redesigned by the school of the famous architect Rubió i Tudurí, being one of the best private gardens in Catalonia.

1. ERA: It is in front of the house; a large versatile space overlooking the green garden.
This space can be used for receptions, snacks, dinners or any show you want to perform outdoors.
2. HALLS OF THE HOUSE: On the ground floor of the house there are 3 majestic interconnected halls where you can celebrate cocktails in the winter enlivened with chimneys, small group meetings or classical concerts.
3. GREEN GARDEN: At the foot of the house there is a large green garden ideal for cocktails entertained, for example, by music groups.
4. RED GARDEN: Next to the other Garden, has the ideal characteristics for the realization of the aperitifs of the events or teambuilding activities.
5. CENTENNIAL GARDEN PAVILION: Integrated into the centennial garden, there is a diaphanous space of 350m2 to accommodate large celebrations, also ideal for business presentations. From its interior, you can contemplate the majestic garden.
6. CENTENNIAL GARDEN: Next to the pavilion is a versatile space surrounded by ancient trees. It can hold snacks, buffets or other types of events / shows.
7. BODEGA: It has large windows overlooking the gardens and is decorated with period paintings; being its protagonist a flamenco tapestry of the XVI Century. For conducting business meetings, gala dinners, disco ...
8. CAPILLA: Presided over by an altarpiece from the 16th century and important works of art, it can be the ideal space for a classical music concert or Salve Rociera.

Cancellation policy
Strict
(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
Special conditions
CONTACTAR PARA PEDIR PRESUPUESTO, EL PRECIO PUESTO EN POP PLACES ES ORIENTATIVO, SE HACEN PRESUPUESTOS AD-HOC. Para confirmar la reserva del espacio se abonará una paga y señal del 50% del importe. El 50% restante se abonará 2 semanas antes de la realización del evento. Si el evento se cancela, la paga y señal solo se devolverá si se encuentra un evento sustitutivo para ese mismo día, sino Masia Egara se quedará el importe a modo de compensación.
