If the USER cancels at least 7 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes.If the USER cancels less than 7 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.

Special conditions

Todos los precios están sujetos al horario de lun a vie 9 am hasta 19 hrs. Para sab y dom el horario sera desde 9 am hasta 19 hrs con un 30 % de recargo en precios por hora, dia , semana y mes.. Política de cancelación *48 horas posterior a la reserva 100% del deposito.* 50% si cancela 5 días antes del evento * 0% si cancela el evento faltando 5 días para el inicio del evento. Nota la moneda legal para la transacción y realizar la factura es el euros €.. Todo el espacio es de 366 mts con 14 despachos , algunos contratados ya , otros desocupados disponemos de sala de juntas, formación y eventos. Se puede alquilar todo el centro sabiendo que estarán y nos visitarán clientes y visitantes., excepto sábados y domingos, que no hay clientes ni visitantes.
