The space
As an art gallery, studio, showroom, for exhibitions, small fine events and celebrations, photo and film recordings, culinary tastings or as a retail space, so-called pop-up store, these rooms are ideal for renting.
What is special is that it can also be rented for events and tasting sessions during the exhibition of works of art: Culinary enjoyment meets art enjoyment.
The approx. 70 m2 area consists of two rooms one behind the other. These are equipped with a panel parquet floor and an old wooden ceiling that has been preserved in the original.
Due to the vault, the rooms are particularly charming. The portal with its large shop windows encompasses the entire shop front and has been preserved in the traditional Viennese style. Since there is no interior, various usage options can be freely designed, adapted and hosted. Brands, works of art and products can be perfectly presented here or guests can be received at other events.

Cancellation policy
Strict
(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
Special conditions
Buchungen über die Nutzung der Räumlichkeiten, die acht (60 Tage) bis vier (30 Tage) Wochen vor Nutzungsbeginn storniert werden, werden zu 50 % erstattet. Liegt der Stornierungstag genau oder weniger als vier Wochen (30 Tage) vor dem Nutzungsbeginn, hat der Eigentümer Anspruch auf 100 % des Entgelts. Stornierungen müssen bis 12 Uhr (mitteleuropäische Zeit = CET Central European Time) an dem entsprechenden Tag erfolgen.
