The wharf has a rich history dating back to 1513 when King Henry VIII commissioned the Kings Yard to build ships for the Royal Navy. The building’s industrial history is evident in the look and feel of the space: a pillarless 9,000 square metre warehouse with a ceiling height of 9.6 metres, up to 15 metres at the central apex.
