Chic, Minimal Design: Step into a sleek, modern space designed to showcase your brand in style.
Abundant Natural Light: Large windows allow sunlight to pour in, creating an inviting ambiance that highlights your products and attracts customers.
Prime Location: Situated on Calçada Marquês de Abrantes 132, our space enjoys great foot traffic in one of Lisbon’s most sought-after areas.
Fully Equipped: High-speed WiFi, professional lighting, a jute rug, a built-in counter with a glass topper, an XL cactus plant, a full-length mirror, and a display cube are all included to make your setup seamless.
Storage Facilities: Convenient storage space is available at the back of the venue for your items.

Flexible Rental Options: Whether you’re planning a short-term pop-up or a longer-term event, we offer rental periods that fit your needs.
No Card Readers Available: We do not provide card readers, but you can easily use a SumUp or Revolut account for payments.
Utilities: Internet and electricity are included in the rental price, but water is not available on-site.
No Bathroom: Please note that there is no bathroom available at the venue.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing additional amenities, such as clothing racks or shelving.

Si l'UTILISATEUR annule au moins 30 jours avant la date et l'heure de début de réservation, il sera remboursé de 50% du prix total diminué du montant des tarifs de service et des taxes applicables. Si l'UTILISATEUR annule moins de 30 jours avant le jour et l'heure de début de réservation, il ne sera pas remboursé des jours ou heures non utilisés. Si l'UTILISATEUR décide de quitter l'espace par anticipation, les jours ou heures non utilisés ne seront pas remboursés. Dans tous les cas, le propriétaire peut établir des conditions d'annulation différentes si nécessaire.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event, will be refunded in full, minus the security deposit.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the event will not be eligible for a full refund.
