It is divided into two heights, the highest being the reserved area where the mobile bar and the sofas area are located. This would be the most exclusive area of the terrace with the most spectacular and aerial views over Madrid. On the 11th floor, where the panoramic lift arrives, the bar is located in the covered area and the pool (pool lane), another of the main attributes of the space. The terrace is facing South so we enjoy sun most of the day, plus we do not have any building that projects shade on the terrace and the "pool lane". It has an area of 178 m2 on the 11th floor and 55.5m2 on the 12th floor (VIP), the pool is 11.5m long and an estimate width of 1.15m.

Si l'UTILISATEUR annule au moins 30 jours avant la date et l'heure de début de réservation, il sera remboursé de 50% du prix total diminué du montant des tarifs de service et des taxes applicables. Si l'UTILISATEUR annule moins de 30 jours avant le jour et l'heure de début de réservation, il ne sera pas remboursé des jours ou heures non utilisés. Si l'UTILISATEUR décide de quitter l'espace par anticipation, les jours ou heures non utilisés ne seront pas remboursés. Dans tous les cas, le propriétaire peut établir des conditions d'annulation différentes si nécessaire.
