The rental of rooms at our place allow you to have at your entire disposal a set of perfect spaces for events, meetings and celebrations. They can be rented separately or several at the same time.

Located in Ruzafa, the neighborhood with the greatest cultural dynamism in Valencia. It is a building from the beginning of the 20th century that consists of about 700 m2 distributed over 3 floors.

In 2014 a reform was carried out maintaining the principle of conservation of the original elements of the building and those that explained its history. The result is a bohemian, welcoming building with great personality. A perfect local space for event celebrations.

The first floor has 1 large room, 1 medium room, an interior terrace, two private rooms and a social club or bar.

The second floor has another medium room of about 60m2, with natural light from the windows and air conditioning.

The spaces are suitable for courses, rehearsals and workshops in artistic disciplines as well as for product presentations, castings, filming or simply celebrations. We also have 3 WCs and all rooms have air conditioning.

The rental of rooms is for hours or days throughout the week. We also have bar service and catering.
