Located in the heart of Vienna, yet surrounded by greenery, our exceptional, approximately 40 m² covered terrace is a true hidden gem—perfect for seminars, workshops, meetings, and exclusive events held in an intimate, personal atmosphere.

The event space is situated on the grounds of a spacious semi-detached property, set within a garden spanning roughly 1,600 m². The building, which once served as a medical practice, now houses a media hub—home to a well-known media agency as well as a printing and embroidery firm.

While the building’s exterior conveys a professional, prestigious impression, the outdoor area offers a surprisingly private, lush, and green setting. With views overlooking the garden, stylish furnishings, and a sheltered position, the terrace provides a unique backdrop for productive breaks and events that stand apart from the typical, conventional seminar room.

The Terrace – The Heart of Our Venue

The terrace features a glass roof while remaining open toward the front. This allows guests to enjoy views of the greenery and the distinct ambiance of an outdoor space, all while remaining protected from the elements. An elegant shading system complements the roof structure.

The decor blends high-quality materials with a cozy, inviting flair. Teak furniture, a fully equipped teak bar, and an elegant stainless-steel buffet table create a sophisticated atmosphere—ideally suited for both professional gatherings and private occasions. Amenities include:

- Teak table seating approximately 10–12 people
- Conference table for smaller working groups
- Standing table fashioned from a red wine barrel
- Rattan seating area with a table and two armchairs
- Fully equipped teak bar
- Stainless steel buffet table
- Patio grill
- Outdoor lighting
- Wi-Fi
- Patio heaters and an outdoor fireplace for select events during the cooler months

The terrace is particularly well-suited for workshops, seminars, small meetings, presentations, team-building days, tastings, and exclusive corporate events. It also provides an atmospheric setting for private dining, culinary events, and intimate celebrations.

The kitchen may be used by prior arrangement for suitable events, such as cooking classes, tastings, or private dining experiences.

A unisex restroom and a large bathroom are also available. The bathroom can, by arrangement, serve as a changing room or preparation area.

A special venue, even in the cooler months

The covered terrace is highly versatile, especially from spring through autumn. For select winter events, patio heaters and a fireplace create a cozy, inviting atmosphere. A tabletop fireplace and a traditional roasted chestnut stove can further enhance the ambiance for appropriate occasions.

With the right weather conditions—and subject to prior coordination—the venue is also suitable for small Christmas parties and intimate winter gatherings.

Additional space for meetings, workshops, and cloakroom facilities

In addition to the terrace, two further rooms—each measuring approximately 20 m²—are available for temporary rental. Depending on availability and prior agreement, these can be booked as supplementary space. Room 1 – Office and Meeting Room

This fully equipped office space features a desk with a computer, shelving and storage areas, as well as a small seating area for two people. A view of the greenery and direct access to a covered terrace give the room a pleasant, tranquil atmosphere.

It is particularly well-suited for meetings, confidential discussions, coaching sessions, and similar one-on-one settings.

Room 2 – Seminar and Workshop Room

This room is designed for smaller groups of up to six people. It includes a conference table, an additional workstation with a desk and computer, as well as a projector and a whiteboard—facilitating focused work, presentations, and training sessions. Wi-Fi and blackout options are also available.

These additional spaces are ideal for events that require separate work areas, a private retreat, or a traditional presentation environment.

Individual Use and Terms

We value straightforward collaboration, personal communication, and flexible solutions. Since different event formats have different requirements, we are happy to coordinate the use of the space and the necessary equipment with our guests in advance.

Bringing in additional furniture is possible upon prior agreement, provided that the space allows for it and it remains within the agreed-upon scope of use.
