This magnificent space, right next to Principe Real garden is the home for the Art Room project. Its surroundings include the shops Barbour, Kolovrat, among other spaces and restaurants. Combining the good taste with a vintage space, this attic is available to receive art projects, showrooms, or events.
With two areas, the main one, with 70 m2, and a secondary one, with 20 m2, it also has available a kitchen and toilet for use.
Despite the fact that it is an attic, it has 4 large windows, which permit the outside light of Lisbon in, giving life to this space. Opening hours: Monday to Sunday.

Este magnífico espaço, junto ao jardim do Príncipe Real, é a casa do projeto Sala de Arte. No seu entorno encontram-se as lojas Barbour, Kolovrat, entre outros espaços e restaurantes. Combinando o bom gosto com um espaço vintage, este sótão está disponível para receber projetos de arte, showrooms ou eventos.
Com duas áreas, a principal, com 70 m2, e a secundária, com 20 m2, dispõe ainda de cozinha e wc de uso.
Apesar de se tratar de um sótão, possui 4 grandes janelas, que permitem a entrada da luz exterior de Lisboa, dando vida a este espaço. Horário de funcionamento: segunda a domingo.
