Our event space in the Amsterdam Houthavens is an expansive, industrial venue spanning 800 m². The space is defined by its 5.5-meter high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring an abundance of natural light throughout. The interior features a high-end combination of warm wood and sleek cast flooring (gietvloer). Due to its modular design, the layout is highly flexible; the signature conversation pit can be easily transformed into a stage upon request.

In addition to the main open floor, there are 8 private meeting rooms available for smaller groups or break-out sessions. For productions and events, the venue is equipped with a professional catering kitchen and a full-service bar with barista facilities. Furthermore, the property features a private outdoor area and gender-neutral restrooms.

The building is situated directly on the IJ waterfront, in the heart of the Houthavens creative district. Prestigious neighbors such as Red Bull, IKEA, Tony’s Chocolonely, and PVH (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein) are within walking distance. The venue is fully optimized for professional productions and events. There is ample parking available on-site, and the space can be booked both on weekdays and weekends.
