All tenants hosted at SYMBOLS — whether for pop-ups, brand corners or events — benefit from the full services and infrastructure of an established concept store.

The space includes:

• On-site sales staff, experienced in multi-brand retail
• A mini kitchenette
• Restrooms

For brands who need it, SYMBOLS can also manage in-store payments and checkouts on their behalf. In this case, a small fee of 2–3% applies, solely to cover banking and transaction costs. This service is optional and entirely flexible.

The store opens directly onto the street and features three large bow windows, offering excellent visibility, generous natural light and strong window display potential.

The interior design is warm, minimal and contemporary, combining natural, almost untreated bamboo wood with Japanese claustra partitions, creating a soft and harmonious atmosphere. This is balanced by raw concrete elements, giving the space a modern architectural identity while remaining welcoming and adaptable.

The layout is open, fluid and highly modular, allowing brands to easily adapt the space to their needs — from movable central tables to flexible display areas — making it ideal for both short-term activations and longer-term installations.
