With its 130 m² of open space filled with natural light, this photo studio and event venue adapts to all kinds of productions and experiences: photo shoots, film shoots, workshops, video podcasts, presentations, tastings, conferences, and much more.
The space features a cyclorama, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It also offers total blackout thanks to motorized blinds, allowing the atmosphere to be transformed according to the needs of each production. Adjustable RGB LED lighting provides maximum creative versatility, while the air-source heat pump climate control system ensures optimal comfort all year round.

(30 Tage). Storniert der NUTZER bis mindestens 30 Tage vor Buchungseingang, erhält er 50% des Gesamtpreises abzüglich der fälligen Leistungstarife und Steuern zurück. Storniert der NUTZER hingegen weniger als 30 Tage vor Buchungseingang, werden die nicht genutzten Tage oder Stunden nicht zurückerstattet. Sie werden auch dann nicht zurückerstattet, wenn sich der NUTZER entscheidet, das Geschäftslokal vor Ablauf des Vertrages zu verlassen.

CANCELACIONES PRODUCCIONES AUDIOVISUALES *En caso de cancelación con antelación de 3 días o más, se devolverá el importe abonado. *Si la cancelación se realiza con menos de 3 días el importe de la reserva no se devolverá. *Si la cancelación se realiza con menos de 24h de antelación, Olivos82 cargara el 100% del presupuesto aceptado CANCELACIONES ALQUILER DE EVENTOS No se devolverá el importe correspondiente a dicha reserva, a no ser que se avise con 2 semanas de antelación a la fecha del evento.
