Our event space in the Amsterdam Houthavens is an expansive, industrial venue spanning 800 m². The space is defined by its 5.5-meter high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring an abundance of natural light throughout. The interior features a high-end combination of warm wood and sleek cast flooring (gietvloer). Due to its modular design, the layout is highly flexible; the signature conversation pit can be easily transformed into a stage upon request.

In addition to the main open floor, there are 8 private meeting rooms available for smaller groups or break-out sessions. For productions and events, the venue is equipped with a professional catering kitchen and a full-service bar with barista facilities. Furthermore, the property features a private outdoor area and gender-neutral restrooms.

The building is situated directly on the IJ waterfront, in the heart of the Houthavens creative district. Prestigious neighbors such as Red Bull, IKEA, Tony’s Chocolonely, and PVH (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein) are within walking distance. The neighborhood offers a vibrant mix of corporate innovation and local hospitality. The front of the building features a wide sidewalk with the option to set up a terrace.

The venue is fully optimized for professional productions and events. There is ample parking available on-site, and the space can be booked both on weekdays and weekends.

Cancellation policy:

Strict

(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.

Special conditions

Event cancellations are always handled in close consultation between Club ACE and the client. If you cancel 45 days or more before the scheduled event date, no costs will be charged, except for any third-party expenses already incurred. For cancellations made between 14 and 45 days, 50% of the confirmed amount will be charged, plus any third-party costs already incurred. Cancellations made within 13 days of the event will be charged the full amount. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@ace.nl. The cancellation date is the date on which we receive the written notice.
