Cancellation policy:

If the USER cancels at least 7 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes.If the USER cancels less than 7 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.

Some conditions you need to be aware of: > It is impossible to rent the space after 10PM > It is forbidden to bring beverages from outside > Caterings can't include cooking with gas or fire inside the space Reservation policy: 30% of the total amount has to be paid as reservation at the reception of the invoice. 70% has to be paid up to 1 day BEFORE the event. Cancellation policy: You can cancel your booking up to 14 days before the date of the event and get a full refund. If the cancellation occurs within the 14 days before the event, the amount of the reservation cannot be refund. In case the full payment has been done we refund you with the 70% of the total amount. Modification policy: Any change related to the event (date, hours, activities, number of participant, needs, etc) can lead to extra charges, and its feasibility always depends on the availability of the coworking space.
