Unique space, located in a very good area, well connected by public transport (bus and rail) and with privacy. We put at your disposal and rent, our spacious and open space of 160m2. A very special, different, elegant and welcoming place, perfect for conferences, corporate meetings, workshops, audiovisual production and photography, filming, freelance, workshops ...
It is divided into three functional and highly versatile spaces, with modular lighting according to the environment to be created and little natural light. It has two independent entrance doors.
The main room is equipped with projector and television with hdmi connection to enjoy a good exposure, in addition to air conditioning and heating, large work table for 10 people and others with less capacity for exhibitions. It has a very cozy area with a sofa for welcome, interview or rest and an area with a bar equipped for catering or a well-deserved rest.
The second room is very versatile and can be given different uses, compared to glazing, air and heating and a discreet sink perfect for demonstrations or product presentations.
And a third multipurpose room with independent access as needed. Full bathroom

Cancellation policy
Strict
(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
