Very bright gallery space with direct street access in the heart of Berlin. The perfect venue for pop-up events, guest exhibitions, workshops, and meetings.
As a standard arrangement, the 30 m² gallery space at the front can be rented, while the additional 20 m² gallery space at the rear can be used as a storage area, staff room, or utility space.
For bookings of one week or longer, the rear room can also be rented as an additional exhibition space.
The 30 m² space features spotlights, high ceilings, and the possibility of using the outdoor area on the sidewalk, providing the ideal setting for an unforgettable pop-up experience. The small kitchenette in the rear room is equipped with a coffee machine.
The owners actively encourage pop-up organizers and creatives to experiment with artistic and design concepts, using the space as a canvas to bring their innovative ideas to life.
Please note: The space was designed by an architect in a minimalist style and has been operating as an art gallery since 2009. To preserve the gallery's overall artistic identity, the landlord reserves the right to review the content of any proposed exhibition or event in advance.
During Berlin Art Week and Berlin Fashion Week, the minimum rental period is one week.

Cancellation policy
Strict
(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
