the ikonic studios are two 310m² lofts in an old factory building in neukölln. the studios are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and can be reached directly via a freight elevator. the two different styles of the photo studio and the craftspace offer various possibilities for productions. the daylight photo studio has large windows facing north and south that provide beautiful light and the many plants and backgrounds make the rental photo studio the perfect photo location in berlin. for film productions, it is possible to darken the entire photo studio with curtains. both floors have fully equipped kitchens in the style of the studios and are suitable as a motif for food still-life productions. the studio on the 3rd floor is an extraordinary loft with a tattoo studio and a custom motorcycle workshop and is ideally suited for formats in which an urban loft with a living situation is desired, as a film studio for live streaming or as a photo studio set.

for large productions, video recordings, events, or live streamings, the entire studio must be booked due to be soundproof. the photo studio 2 with a large window wall is part of the loft and is mostly used for styling/make-up or as a production office.

The spacious loft can be divided into two locations (Studio 1 - 110sqm / Studio 2 - 120sqm) to realize smaller productions and can be rented as a full day (10h), half day (5h) or hourly (min 2h).

The connection is ideal: the driveway to the A100 is around the corner, to the ring road / U8 Hermannstraße it is 5 minutes on foot and the airport Schönefeld can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Loading and unloading is possible in the courtyard (the lift is accessible via a loading ramp) and there is free parking right outside the door.
