The space
This cozy old building loft is located in the heart of Kreuzberg between the famous Bergmannkiez and Gräfekiez. The loft-like combination of large open kitchen, dining room and TV area (> 60m²) invites you to enjoy the cozy and charming atmosphere. Through this stunning glass wall, we have created a new lockable room, which contributes much to the quality of living. In addition, the apartment has 2 double bedrooms (plus the comfortable sofa bed in the living room) and a spacious bathroom. Especially the open kitchen is ideal for cooking in small groups and for the subsequent dinner in the living room, before you end the evening with an aperitif in the lounge area. With its 4-meter high ceilings, newly furnished in a cozy industrial design, the apartment is a masterpiece in Kreuzberg.
