Cancellation policy

(7 days). If the USER cancels at least 7 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes.If the USER cancels less than 7 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
Special conditions
Full prepayment of all costs till 4 weeks prior to the event. Cancellation conditions: till 4 weeks prior to the event = cancellation free of charge if cancelled 4-2 weeks prior to the event = cancellation fee 40% of the cancelled revenue if cancelled 2-1 week prior to the event = cancellation fee 75% of the cancelled revenue if cancelled later than 1 week prior to the event = cancellation fee 100% of the cancelled revenue
