Cancellation conditions: till 4 weeks prior to the event = cancellation free of charge if cancelled 4-2 weeks prior to the event = cancellation fee 40% of the cancelled revenue if cancelled 2-1 week prior to the event = cancellation fee 75% of the cancelled revenue if cancelled later than 1 week prior to the event = cancellation fee 100% of the cancelled revenue
