If the USER cancels less than 24 hours before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.

Special conditions

El plazo contratado incluirá la preparación/montaje de todos los elementos decorativos, el set y las personas que intervendrán en la producción o evento, así como el desmontaje y acondicionamiento del espacio.Nuestro horario: de Lunes a Jueves 9 - 18 pm; Viernes : 8.30 - 15.00 pm. Todos los alquileres fuera de dichos horarios se cobrarán como suplemento adicional. Los fines de semana se reservan con una semana de antelación y no podrán contratarse por horas. Solo se admitirán jornadas completas. El número mínimo de horas para filmación de los videos es de 3 horas, para un evento es a partir de 4 horas. El Alquiler incluye dos puntos de luz Profoto + 2 tripodes + Fondos (negro, blanco, verde). Bajo pedido se puede solicitar rollos de papel de colores o especiales, se presupuestará en el momento según precio de mercado.
