A hybrid 90 sqm space located in one of the most creative and dynamic areas of central Madrid, between Malasaña and Conde Duque. A venue full of character, with an industrial aesthetic and great flexibility, designed for brands, agencies, creators and companies looking for a distinctive setting to connect with their audience.

From the outside, the space stands out thanks to its street-level presence and large windows, which provide visibility, natural light and a direct connection with the urban surroundings. It is a space that invites people to look in and step inside, making it especially suitable for pop-ups, showrooms, product launches, brand activations, exhibitions and temporary commercial experiences.

Upon entering, visitors find an open-plan interior with a raw and contemporary aesthetic: textured walls, high ceilings, functional lighting and a minimalist atmosphere that allows each brand to transform the space according to its own identity. Its neutral and versatile design works well for clean, editorial-style setups as well as more immersive or scenographic proposals.

The space is distributed across a single floor and includes an auxiliary room that can be used as a storage area, backstage, production support area or catering office. It also has an accessible bathroom. The layout can be adapted to different formats, from intimate events and private presentations to exhibitions, workshops, shootings, corporate gatherings or public-facing activations.

The approximate capacity is 40 people in cocktail format, 20 people in theatre format and 15–20 people for seated banquet setups. The standard operating hours are 08:00 to 22:00, taking into account that setup, event time and breakdown must all be included within the contracted hours.

The space does not work with exclusive suppliers, so the renter may bring their own catering, AV production, furniture, decoration or technical equipment, always informing the venue in advance in order to coordinate access and confirm that everything fits the space conditions. The venue does not have a smoke extraction system, so cooking inside is not allowed, although cold catering, reheating and plating are permitted.

To preserve the atmosphere of the space and ensure good coexistence with the surroundings, music must be kept at background level and any external sound equipment must be approved in advance. Live music is not allowed unless expressly authorised.
