Cancellation policy

(7 days). If the USER cancels at least 7 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes.If the USER cancels less than 7 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.

PARA FORMALIZAR LA RESERVA SE ABONARÁ UNA SEÑAL DEL 50% SOBRE EL TOTAL DEL PRESUPUESTO ACEPTADO. LOS PAGOS SE REALIZARÁN EN EFECTIVO O MEDIANTE TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA. EN CASO DE CANCELACIÓN DE LA RESERVA CON ANTELACIÓN DE 15 DÍAS O MÁS, SE DEVOLVERÁ EL IMPORTE ABONADO; EL IMPORTE DE LAS RESERVAS NO SE DEVOLVERÁ SI LA ANTELACIÓN ES INFERIOR A 15 DÍAS. SE COBRARÁN EL 25% DEL PRESUPUESTO TOTAL E CONCEPTO DE DEPÓSITO EN CASO DE DETERIORO. ESTO IMPLICA RASCONES O MANCHAS QUE NO SE PUEDAN QUITAR. LA INCLUSIÓN EN EL SET DEL MOBILIARIO O ELEMENTOS DE DECORACIÓN PROPIOS DEL ESPACIO, DEBERÁ SER CONSULTADA CON LA PERSONA RESPONSABLE, PUDIENDO TENER UN SOBRECOSTE. CUALQUIER DAÑO INFRINGIDO A LA INFRAESTRUCTURA, EL MOBILIARIO O EQUIPO POR UN USO INCORRECTO SERÁ RESPONSABILIDAD DEL CLIENTE AUNQUE HAYA SIDO OCASIONADO POR SUS SUBCONTRATADOS. LAS ENTREGAS O RECOGIDAS DE PAQUETERÍA DEBERÁN REALIZARSE EL MISMO DÍA DE LA SESIÓN Y DENTRO DEL HORARIO RESERVADO
