If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.

Special conditions

• Kaution: 30 % der Mietsumme, fällig sofort nach Vereinbarung. • Miete: Zahlung als Vorkasse vor Veranstaltungsbeginn. • Rückerstattung der Kaution: Innerhalb 14 Tagen nach dem Event, sofern keine Schäden oder Zusatzkosten entstehen. • Stornierung: • Bis 5 Tage vor dem Event: 50 % Kosten. • Spätere Stornierung: 100 % Kosten. • Haftpflichtversicherung kann Kaution ersetzen (nach Absprache).
