(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.

Special conditions

Special Conditions & Guidelines: Security Deposit: A security deposit of €500 (up to €1,000 for events with heavy kitchen usage) is required prior to check-in and will be fully refunded upon inspection of the space. Kitchen & Equipment Use: The professional kitchen and bar area must be left clean and in the same operational condition as handed over. Additional professional cleaning fees will apply if the kitchen is left uncleaned. Setup & Dismantling: All setup, event time, and mandatory clean-up/dismantling must take place within the booked timeframe. Date Rescheduling: Rescheduling a booking within less than 14 days of the start date is subject to availability and may incur a 20% administrative fee.
