Our space is 24hrs and conveniently located in Garment District, steps away from Penn Station and port Authority.
We have 10 individual spaces on 14th & 16th & 22nd & 23rd floors and can accommodate multiple room bookings for all different kind of usage.


We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests in our space. As such, we kindly request that open flames and confetti (any use of confetti will result in a $1000 extra charge) are NOT USED during your rental period. This includes candles, sparklers, and any other items that pose a fire hazard or create excessive mess.


We are located in a 24hrs Freight Elevators & doorman building, with staff on site.
Three 24Hrs Passenger elevator, our space features oversized windows and gorgeous views of Downton Manhattan / Madison Square Garden, the 4 Oversized Large windows facing East and 2 oversized windows facing South has Stunning views of the city.
12+ foot ceilings throughout, the floor has 1 bathroom and 1 ADA accessible one as well.
