In a former auditorium from the 1920s converted into a location for filming, photo shoots and receptions, the fully renovated 380m2 space is made up of a main room with large bay windows, a beautiful art deco stage, a mezzanine, an entrance with bar, terrace, dressing room with shower and equipped catering kitchen.
The space is available for all types of events (wedding, bar mitzvah, opening, reception, showroom, training, seminar, workshop...) and shooting (video & photo).

Reception equipment (chairs, tables, buffets, racks) and photographic equipment (List available here) is available (included) for all rentals.
The room is equipped with an audio system allowing a homogeneous diffusion of the sound of 95dBA at any point of the room.
The system is sized to broadcast recorded music, add sound to a small group (jazz, song, etc.), one or
several speakers, while taking into account the standards of emergence to be respected (neighborhood).

If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
